Welcome and thank you for your interest in applying to Foundation Academy in Winter Garden, Florida!

Applications are open for the 2024-2025 school year only. If you do not see the grade you wish to apply for as an option to select, it means that applications are closed for that grade. Most grades are at capacity and in a wait pool situation. Please call the admissions office for any questions regarding openings and wait pool. We do not give the number of students in our wait pools as that can change at any time. If you wish to join our contact list for admissions events for 2025-2026, please complete our online form and select the 2025-2026 school year and appropriate grade.

Step 2: Inquire & Visit

Email, call or schedule a visit to your campus of interest, ask questions and learn more about all that our school has to offer your student and family to ensure we may be a good fit.

Step 3: Apply

Create an Account
Login and click "Create a New Student Application."

Before continuing, please verify you selected the correct application based upon the information provided below. You may only apply to one campus.

Foundation Academy includes the following campuses:
- Tilden Campus - Grades 7 - 12
- Plant St Campus - PK3 - Grade 6
- Lakeside Campus - Kindergarten - Grade 6
- VL - Foundation Academy Virtual Learning - Grade 6 - 12
You will enter the student name, birth date, and grade then submit. When choosing a grade level please be sure it is under the correct campus and appropriate grade. If you have any questions about this please contact the campus admissions team.
Click the Start Application Link to begin the application process, ensuring all required fields are completed accurately, all required supplemental forms are uploaded and payment of the application fee.

*Withholding information about an IEP, 504 Plan, County Service Plan, disciplinary action or previous testing results may jeopardize the student’s admission or enrollment status.
