The faculty and staff of Foundation Academy are selected from among those applicants who are born again Christians, active in a church fellowship, and are in agreement with our doctrinal, educational, and philosophical beliefs. In addition, we require a minimum of a bachelor's degree and certification through our accrediting organization, ACSI, for our Elementary, Middle School and High school teachers. It is our desire that our teachers display an ability to minister to young people through the development of relationships, effective teaching, and an example of a Christ-like walk.
